Located conveniently in downtown Salt Lake City, this new building sits closest to the corner of 100 South and 200 East and has an entrance that is oriented towards the intersection.

The building, designed to service Class A office tenants, consists of a Mountain Valley quartzitic sandstone, granite and glass exterior with steel frame and concrete construction. It is supported with on-site parking, both at grade and in an on-site parking structure. This property includes a nice plaza area on the corner of the 100 South and 200 East intersections with trees and other landscaping.
