Aaron Hicken began his career in the stone industry as a teenager working during summers as a hod tender and eventually becoming proficient as a stone mason. Aaron joined Delta Stone Products in 2000. As the general manager, Aaron is involved in creating annual budgets, overseeing both sales and production teams, managing inventory, estimating jobs, and managing the completion of custom stone fabrication projects. Aaron has served in various positions with the Building Stone Institute, a national organization dedicated to promoting the use of natural stone. In 2016, he was elected president of the organization.

Aaron studied mechanical engineering at Utah State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Utah Valley University.

Along with his love and passion for the stone industry, Aaron enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and children while camping, riding ATVs, and snowmobiling. Aaron also volunteers countless hours mentoring youth in his community.

Ryan grew up in Heber City, Utah. After high school, he served as a missionary in Mexico for two years where he also learned to speak fluent Spanish. Upon his return, he immediately began working at Delta Stone Products and enrolled at Utah Valley University. After 5 years of working full time at Delta Stone, going to school and raising a family Ryan graduated from UVU with a degree in International Business. For the first year and a half with Delta Stone, he learned to operate much of the equipment in the saw shop. This helped to familiarize him with the process of fabrication as well as what to expect from the many types of stone. Once he was ready for more, Ryan was promoted to a draftsman position and then to an estimator position. Ryan has been with Delta Stone for over 10 years and, for the first 9 years, worked as our lead draftsman and estimator.  In 2022 Ryan was promoted to production manager of the entire production team.

After finishing high school Bryce Harding immediately left Arizona to serve in the Marine Corps where he spent the next 8 years. As life does not always travel in a straight path, his work has varied from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Chevron Products Company, Hard Rock Tool and finally to Delta Stone Products where he has found a home. Bryce has been in the stone industry for the past 13 years and with Delta Stone since 2006. He is the sales manager for the Western Region and is based out of Heber City, Utah.

Taylor grew up in the Heber Valley and graduated from Wasatch High School in 2008.  He began went to college in Wyoming before transferring to graduate from Weber state. He is currently pursuing my degree in engineering management at ASU.

After graduating in 2011 he went to work in the oilfields of Colorado for 6 years, and then landscaped for 2 years, until coming home and finding a love for stone.

Taylor is married to the love of his life and he has 2 children wonderful children.

Ryan Hobbs was born and raised in Arizona before relocating to Heber City, Utah a year ago. He spent 20 years serving his community before retiring in 2016 as a Patrol Sergeant from the Prescott Police Department. Ryan is married with 3 children.

Sarah Dansie is the CFO for Delta Stone Products, Inc. and related companies. As an integral member of the administrative management team, Sarah established and manages the accounting system and associated internal controls. She sees her position as CFO as an opportunity to ensure the financial success of her company, the well-being of its employees, and the vibrancy of the broader community.
Sarah was recognized as the 2015 Outstanding CPA in Business & Management by the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA). She served as president of the UACPA Mountain Chapter and has also served on the advisory board of Safe Kids Utah. Sarah received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Utah. As a certified public accountant, she worked in public accounting for 14 years before turning her focus to industry accounting, where she has worked for the past 17 years.

In her personal life, Sarah stays busy with family, church, and community activities. She loves to read, write, garden, and travel. She and her daughter have raised several puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind. She is happiest when she is spending time with her children and grandchildren.
